  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Continue building the utilities for now. In Ubuntu packages such as
      the ubuntustudio-installer still require them.
  * Add bump-cmake-minimim.patch to fix FTBFS with e-c-m 6.19.0.
