kubuntu-notification-helper (26.04ubuntu3) resolute; urgency=medium

  * Fix notification action buttons not appearing in default Combo mode.
  * Fix duplicate actionless popups in Combo mode.
  * Fix null pointer crash in Event::ignore() without tray icon.
  * Fix tray notification popup clicks not triggering actions.
  * Add kf5-settings/notificationhelperrc as cascading config fallback.
  * Replace hardcoded kcmshell6 kcm_driver_manager with runtime detection
    of kubuntu-driver-manager or ubuntustudio-driver-manager.
  * Replace pkcon with pkgcli, with fallback to pkcon for older systems.
