resources (1.10.2-0ubuntu2) resolute; urgency=medium

  * d/p: Fix 'Combined Memory' toggle having no effect for the Apps tab
  * d/p: Fix snap applications not being detected (LP: #2145138)
  * d/p: Fix VM network interface being listed as a physical interface
  * d/p: Fix listing processes from other users
  * Update vendored rust crates
  * Update debian/source/include-binaries
  * Update XS-Vendored-Sources-Rust field
  * d/control: Add dependency on libsoup, used by the snap app detection
  * d/rules: Exclude the entirety of debian/missing-sources from dh_clean
  * d/source/options: Set reduced list of tar-ignore, fix FTBFS.
    A vendored crate started shipping a .gitignore file. DPKG silently drops all
    .gitignore files from the generated tarballs, and the build would fail because
    cargo expects to be able to validate all of the crate's files via checksum.
    We shall override the default list of excluded files so that .gitignore files
    are not dropped from the debian.tar.xz tarball.
    This list is taken from /usr/share/perl5/Dpkg/Source/Package.pm, where just
    .gitignore and .gitmodules got removed.
