    - debian/patches:
        - Remove existing patches for v0.2.66
        - Add patch to bump CRoaring's minimum CMake version to 3.11, as
          unstable's CMake refuses to build projects with a minimum < 3.5
    - debian/rules:
        - Update build instructions as per upstream changes
        - Disable building unit tests, as these trigger the amalgamation.sh
          script which bypasses dh's hardening
