kubuntu-notification-helper (26.04ubuntu5) resolute; urgency=medium

  * Replace blind pkgcli/pkcon spawning with PackageKit C++ API dialogs
    for l10n and restricted-install events, showing package selection,
    progress bar, and status feedback.
  * Replace qdbus process spawning in reboot event with direct
    QDBusInterface call to org.kde.ksmserver.
