kubuntu-notification-helper (26.04ubuntu6) resolute; urgency=medium

  * Fix null pointer crash in L10nInstallGui when PackageKit transaction
    signals fire after transaction is cleaned up.
  * Properly disconnect and delete PackageKit transactions on completion
    in L10nInstallGui resolve and install phases.
  * Fix reboot notification doing nothing on click: replace removed
    KSMServerInterface.logout() call with Plasma 6
    org.kde.LogoutPrompt.promptReboot().
  * Update restricted install event package lists:
    - Remove non-existent flashplugin-installer and libk3b6-extracodecs.
    - Add gstreamer1.0-libav, gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad,
      gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly (multimedia codecs).
    - Add libspa-0.2-modules-extra (PipeWire extra modules).
    - Add localsearch-extractor-ffmpeg, localsearch-extractor-iso,
      localsearch-extractor-office (file indexing).
    - Add libk3b-extracodecs, offered only when k3b is installed.
