dgit (15.5) unstable; urgency=medium

  dgit:
  * New --batch option, for better behaviours in noninteractive contexts.
    Currently: passes batch ssh optios to dgit rpush's ssh;
    enables a default retry schedule; and, suppresses advice
    to the user about how best to make another upload attempt retrying.
  * New --retry-scheddule option, for retrying some network operations.
    Currently, just retries dput.

  tag2upload:
  * Pass --batch to builder's dgit.  Closes: #1129363.
  * Have git (run as part of tag2upload) invoke ssh with batch options.
