  * d/tests: add autopkgtest for libroctx64 (LP: #2144940)
    Building of the tests is disabled because enabling would mean
    building the whole library while we currently only need and
    build libroctx64. Instead, adding the only test from the
    source that is meant to check the functionality of libroctx64.
    Added files:
      - d/t/debian/tests/roctx-test: contains the test code; builds and
        runs it to verify the roctx64 library is working correctly
      - d/t/control: add and enable the test above
