llvm-toolchain-21 (1:21.1.8-3ubuntu1) resolute; urgency=medium

  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Regenerate the control file.
    - Use RVA23U64 profile in clang (LP #2116086).
    - d/rules: Remove i386 from CLANG_GRPC_ARCHS (not built on i386).
  * Stop building packages now built from LLVM 22.

  * Enable libunwind on s390x (Michael R. Crusoe). Closes: #1126263.
