  * d/patches/fix-hiprtc-link.patch: is already upstreamed
  * d/p/Extend-docs-conf.py-for-offline-build.patch: fix the hunk
  * d/p/do-not-strictly-depend-on-sqlite3-v3.50.2.patch: no real hard
    requirement for build to fail
  * d/librocfft-dev.examples: removed from upstream
  * Changes by Igor Luppi made on top of 6.4.3-1~exp1 listed below to keep
    history intact
