llvm-toolchain-22 (1:22.1.0~+rc3-0ubuntu2) resolute; urgency=medium
* Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
- Build without libclc, ftbfs.
- Don't build with grpc on i386.
- Apply patch to build for RV23 baseline on riscv64.
- Don't apply the lldb/test-disable-lldb-i386 patch.
- Regenerate the control file.

- Simplify jquery/underscore symlink replacement
- Consolidate Python cleanup commands
