scotch (7.0.11-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release
  * drop deprecated debian patch install_exe_in_bin.patch and apply
    SCOTCH_SONAME_SUFFIX to adm2dgr in build-shared-library-soname.patch
  * update debian/watch to v5 GitLab template.
    The template only finds .gz tarballs (not .bz2, or .xz) but
    accept that for simplicity of package maintenance.
  * Standards-Version: 4.7.3
