  * Update long description (Closes: #1124440)
  * Patch-out libboost-system-dev (Closes: #1127263)
  * Switch to X-Style: black
  * Drop "Rules-Requires-Root: no": it is the default now
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.3, drop Priority: tag
  * Add debian/salsa-ci.yml
  * Update watch file format version to 5.
