  * New upstream development release.
  * debian/rules:
    - Use --param ggc-min-expand=10 on hurd-i386 and x32 to reduce memory
      usage.
  * debian/patches/no-must-tail.patch:
    - Update patch to cover alpha and hppa (see #1127874).
  * debian/copyright:
    - Update copyright information of all files.
  * debian/control:
    - Remove "Priority: optional" field, this is now redundant (Debian
      policy 4.7.3).
    - Update Standards-Version to 4.7.3.
