  * New upstream snapshot.
    + Should now support RVV (RISC-V Vector extension), which should
      close LP: #2134454 .
  * debian/patches/0004-NEON: Make notes that non-NEON arm builds are
    no longer supported upstream, and that the downstream patch is
    provided as-is.
