  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Kubuntu Vcs and maintainer fields.
    - Apparmor profile to fix userns.
    - Only build on webengine architectures.
    - Keep our install files.
    - Breaks/replaces for Ubuntu history.

  * Update the list of installed files.
  * Switch to debian/watch format version 5.
  * Add/update Heiko Becker’s key in upstream keyring.
  * Refresh copyright information.
