dgit (14.10) unstable; urgency=medium

  dgit (including tag2upload server-side):
  * Improve error messages for apparently-unintentional ovewrite
    (ie, archive version missing from changelog).  Closes: #1128295.

  Packaging:
  * Depend on git, not the very-obsolete git-core virtual package.

  tag2upload development:
  * t2u o2m protocol: Define version 9, conveying the message-id.
  * t2u o2m protocol: Talk about "final" email reports
