  * Fix ftbfs with boost 1.90.
    Closes: #1127080
  * Fix autopkg tests for boost 1.90.
  * Add build dependency on libboost-all-dev, otherwise the binaries
    fail to link. No idea yet, why this is necessary. Looking at the
    build log, it is linking with boost container and date-time. But
    adding these as build dependencies isn't good enough.
