    - update patch file location
  * debian/patches/10_fix_glib_underlinkage.patch
    - drop patch, no onger needed since 2.4.0
  * debian/gkrellmd.install
    - install gkrellm-visibility.h
  * debian/control
    - update b-d: add ice, x11; update SSL lib to gnutls28; Closes: #1128563
    - use HTTPS in the Homepage field
  * debian/rules
    - remove customization for dh_clean target (removal of icon file)
