rust-mp4parse (0.17.0-4) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Team upload.
  * Package mp4parse 0.17.0 from crates.io using debcargo 2.7.11
  * Skip test read_to_end_oom on 32-bit architectures, it assumes allocations
    of isize_max are impossible, which isn't nessacerally true.
