graph-tool (2.98+ds-2ubuntu1) resolute; urgency=medium

  * Try to build the package also on riscv64.
  * Always build with -O2. Upstream's claim about a 12x speedup with -O3
    is just bogus.
  * Explicitly disable the lto build. It's already a long build.
