llvm-toolchain-22 (1:22.1.0-2ubuntu1) resolute; urgency=medium

  * Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
    - Don't build with grpc on i386.
    - Apply patch to build for RV23 baseline on riscv64.
    - Don't apply the lldb/test-disable-lldb-i386 patch.
    - Regenerate the control file.

    libclc is arch=all):
    "Unknown attribute kind (105) (Producer: 'LLVM22.1.0' Reader: 'LLVM 21.1.8')"
    Update build-dep to llvm-spirv-22.
