ycmd (0+20240823+git8b61f19+ds-5) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Import upstream 0+20260301+gita290328 as patch series
    - compatibility with python 3.14 (file-url mangling)
    - feature: define LSP settings in g:ycm_language_server
  * Add Built-Using for unicode-data to ycmd binary pkg
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.3 (no change needed)
    - Drop now default prio:optional from d/control
  * Support newer (0.21.1) and older (0.16.1) gopls in tests
