graph-tool (2.98+ds-2ubuntu4) resolute; urgency=medium

  * Try to build the package also on ppc64el and riscv64.
  * Always build with -O2. Upstream's claim about a 12x speedup with -O3
    is just bogus.
  * Explicitly disable the lto build. It's already a long build.
  * Don't build with -mlong-double-80 on ppc64el.
  * Build with -g1 on amd64 for a successful build with the 80GB buildds.
