graph-tool (2.98+ds-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Team upload.
  * Address some packaging cruft:
    - Don't try to build with -mlong-double-80 on ppc64el. This has
      never been a valid flag on ppc64el.
    - Always build with -g1 instead of -g to address space constraints
      on the buildds (should fix the riscv64 builds).
    - Build-depend on architecture-is-64-bit, and set the arch to any.
    - d/p/no-O3.diff: Add a patch to not force -O3. This slows down
      the build time a lot, and the upstream claim of a 12x performance
      improvement compared to -O2 doesn't hold up.
      Explicitly enable -O3 on some faster architectures (amd64, arm64,
      ppc64el).
    - Don't enable -flto on riscv64. The build should just finish there.
    - Remove the mips work arounds.
    - d/rules: Use DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH instead of DEB_BUILD_MULTIARCH.
  * Bump standards version.
  * d/rules: Don't hard-code the distro version.
