dracut (110-4ubuntu1) resolute; urgency=medium

  * Merge with Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - autopkgtest: skip too slow 41-full-systemd on arm64 and armhf
      (see LP 2133401)
    - dracut-core: Declare breaking rust-coreutils before version 0.5.0
  * Dropped changes (not needed any more):
    - autopkgtest: explicitly depend on libarchive13t64

  * Cherry-pick upstream fixes:
    - test: use separate networks for different NICs
    - test: start hostname numbering at 0
    - test: do not use the same IP for different MAC addresses
    - fix(dbus): remove After/Requires from dbus service/socket (LP: #2141603)
    - test: use different MAC addresses for all NFS client tests
    - test: switch QEMU network backend to dgram (UDP)
    - test: switch from isc-dhcp-server to dnsmasq
