  * common/accent-colors: Fix computation of optimized accent color variants
  * common/accent-colors: Add definition for the base accent without changes

  * icons/build: Support rendering accented icons for default accent too
  * icons/fullcolor: Remove the duplicated default SVGs
  * icons/accented/tweaks: Use the same icon we use for default
  * icons/tweaks-app: Remove the default override
  * icons/accented/{sysprof, software-updater}: Use accent for light backgrounds
  * icons/fullcolor/accented: Use a more contrast-aware color for non-app icons
  * icons/build: Support rendering icons for both the dark and light theme
  * icons/fullcolor/accented: Render them for both dark and light variants
  * icons/build: Do not drop legacy/panel icons on cleanup
