  * Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
    - Use vendored, uptodate/compatible uapi headers even when building
      with system libbpf.

dwarves (1.31-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Update d/watch to version 5.
  * Update Standards-Version to 4.7.3:
    - Remove Priority field.
  * d/rules: Remove default and unnecessary options.
  * Remove RRR from d/control, value is now default.
  * Run wrap-and-sort with arguments 'asbkt'.
  * Adopt package and set myself as maintainer.
    Thanks to Domenico Andreoli for having maintained it! Closes: #1122991.
  * Remove old postal address of FSF.
  * Introduce new binary packages for library and development files
    Closes: #1122977.
  * d/gbp.conf
    - Enable use of pristine-tar branch.
    - Don't specify submodules.
