  * d/copyright: Use dep5 format. Closes: #987622.
  * d/control: Mark the avif build dependency with the ubuntu profile:
        libavif-dev <!derivative.ubuntu>
    The avif packages are in the universe section of the archive, and
    no decision has be made for promotion (since Oct 2025). See LP #2130005.
