  * debian patch remove_QTextCodec_issue224.patch removes a QTextCodec
    import from backend/runnerbase.py. QTextCodec was removed in
    upstream PR#230 but this import was missed, see Issue#224
  * update debian/tests
    - Depends:pyqt6-dev-tools. Time to move on from Qt5.
    - run tests with QT_QPA_PLATFORM=offscreen to avoid displaying widgets
