dfx-mgr (2025.2-0ubuntu1) resolute; urgency=medium

  * New upstream version 2025.2 (LP: #2143905)
  * d/gbp.conf: update config to have more fine grained control
  * d/watch: uscan --update-watchfile
  * d/p/0002-fix-GCC-s-Wcalloc-transposed-args-warning.patch: removed, already upstreamed
  * d/rules: increase symbols check level to 4
  * d/p/CMakeLists-update-cmake_minimum_required-version-to-3.5.patch
  * debian: service mechanism changed and not it is using xlnx-firmware-load.
    Previously there was an xlnx-firmware-detect script that run before
    dfx-mgr daemon but now the logic separated into 2 different systemd
    services.
    Changed files:
    - d/dfx-mgr.install: to install the new script and move .service into
      another file d/dfx-mgr.dfx-mgr.service
    - d/dfx-mgr.dfx-mgr-fw-load.service: new service that runs after daemon
    - d/dfx-mgr.dfx-mgr.service
  * d/libdfx-mgr2.symbols: update with new symbols, no removal
  * d/p/scripts-xlnx-firmware-load-remove-function-bashism
