gst-thumbnailers (1.0.0-0ubuntu1) resolute; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release
  * Update XS-Vendored-Sources-Rust field
  * Update vendored rust crates
  * d/tests: Relax checksum verification in autopkgtest
    - The image encoder dependencies change too often for this to be
      workable. The build time tests already check variance, so it was
      slightly overkill to do it again here. Now they perform a simple
      end-to-end test and ensure the images are at least generated.
    - Droped the !s390x restriction, the autopkgtests may as well run
      there now, since the contents of thumbnails are no longer being
      validated.
