  * Change B-D from appstream-util to appstreamcli (Closes: #1119099)
  * Bump S-V to 4.73 - remove R³ and Priority fields from d/control.
  * Cleanup on obsolete lintian overrides.
  * Modernize d/watch, exclude beta versions.
