kubuntu-settings (1:26.04.9) resolute; urgency=medium

  * Restore changes by Chandradeep Dey from the 1:26.04.7 upload, which were
    accidentally reverted in 1:26.04.8.
    - Remove /etc/sddm.conf.d/kubuntu_settings.conf as the file is invalid.
      (LP: #2142074)
    - Fix Kubuntu SDDM theme metadata. (LP: #2142075)
    - Fix missing section header in /etc/sddm.conf.d/10-wayland.conf.
  * Note the changes from 1:26.04.8 that would otherwise not now be recorded
    here due to resyncing with the actual uploads.
    - Add a vimrc file to set mouse to fix copy/paste breakage.
