  * Package framework_lib 0.6.1 from crates.io using debcargo 2.8.2
  * d/p/fix-ioperm-non-x86.patch: Rework to restrict portio modules to
    x86/x86_64 in chromium_ec/mod.rs rather than patching individual
    ioperm usages inside them and rename the patch to
    restrict-portio-to-x86.patch
