kubuntu-notification-helper (26.04ubuntu1) resolute; urgency=medium

  * Port to KDE Frameworks 6 / Qt 6. (LP: 2145946)
    - The rest of this changelog entry is an accommodation for this change.
  * Replace QApt dependency with PackageKit (pkcon).
    - QApt is stuck in the land of Qt5 and deprecated.
  * Replace KProcess with QProcess.
  * Replace KToolInvocation with KIO::CommandLauncherJob/TerminalLauncherJob.
  * Replace old-style SIGNAL/SLOT connections with type-safe connects.
  * Replace QRegExp with QRegularExpression.
  * Add JSON metadata files for KF6 plugin system.
  * Update debian/control build dependencies for KF6.
  * Update install paths for KF6 (kf6/kded, knotifications6).
  * Use Q_SLOTS/Q_SIGNALS/Q_EMIT for QT_NO_KEYWORDS compatibility.
  * Wrap string literals with QStringLiteral for QT_NO_CAST_FROM_ASCII.
  * Add override keywords to KCM virtual methods.
  * Add KF6::KIOGui link to hooktest autotest.
  * Remove nonexistent KNotificationAction include (class is in KNotification).
  * Fix KTerminalLauncherJob include path for KF6.
  * Use QLatin1Char for bare char literals (QT_USE_QSTRINGBUILDER compat).
  * Fix QByteArray-to-QString conversion in hook signature calculation.
  * Replace KWindowSystem::forceActiveWindow with activateWindow for KF6.
