  * Security issues addressed on the 3.14 branch: CVE-2026-2297,
    CVE-2026-3644, CVE-2026-4224, CVE-2025-13462.
  * Security issues not yet addressed:
    - CVE-2026-3479, CVE-2026-4519, CVE-2025-12781.
    - CVE-2025-15366, CVE-2025-15367: Not backporting these as they are
      potentially breaking some existing behavior.
  * Update autopkg test dependencies for 3.14.
  * Update symbols file.
  * Fix some lintian warnings.
  * Bump standards version.
