  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Remove useless dependency on python3-pkg-resources (Closes: #1083554)
  * Disable useless Salsa CI jobs
  * Drop "Rules-Requires-Root: no": it is the default now
  * Drop obsolete X-Python3-Version
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.3, drop Priority: tag
  * Use dh-sequence-python3
