  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * New upstream version 1.3.7 (Closes: #1097279)
  * Drop "Rules-Requires-Root: no": it is the default now
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.3, drop Priority: tag
  * Drop build-dep on dpkg-dev, this is not meant to be backported
  * Refresh patches
