cuda-cudart-13-1 (13.1.80-0ubuntu2) resolute; urgency=medium

  * Fix issues detected by archive admins (LP: #2141744)
    * Added a lintian override for the `binaries-have-file-conflict` content.
      Noted the better solution, which would be a `-common` package, but
      we cannot derivate from NVIDIA's packaging in that manner yet.
    * Removed an unused override, updated dh to 4.7.3 and removed
      `Priority: optional` after a run of lintian from resolute-proposed.
