  * New upstream snapshot 20260116-308ac5c
  * d/alsa-hdspe-dkms.dkms: Update BUILT_MODULE_LOCATION for new flat
    Makefile layout (module now builds at top level)
  * d/p/0002-Stabilize-sample-rate-in-AutoSync-with-running-strea.patch:
    Remove running-stream rate lock that silently rejected rate changes
    (return 0 misinterpreted as success by hw_params), causing Bitwig
    instability under PipeWire. The hw_params internal-rate comparison
    and patch 0001's speed-mode guard are sufficient.
