Hmm, right, seems like they did an update of the document after we got
some of the plural information from there, or perhaps we forgot it...

Yes. It will take some days to get it included in the main server, if
you want to translate anything now, just put it directly inside the
concrete translation you want to do at:
https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/rosetta/products/PRODUCT/TEMPLATE_NAME/LANGCODE/+edit
Where PRODUCT is the product you are interested on, TEMPLATE_NAME is the
name of the template for that concrete product and LANGCODE is your
language code.
There you will have a form where you are able to add the plural form
information for that concrete translation.
