The expression in the PO header should be
"Plural-Forms: nplurals=1; plural=0;"

Also, the Georgian word for "Georgian" is: ქართული
The English approximation is: Kartuli

(hence the ISO language code KA for Georgian)
The ISO two-letter code for Georgia is GE.
