request to add Zwiki

Hi Jordi.. some notes:

I saw the pot files had appeared, so I (re?)uploaded them.

It doesn't like these things:

- a tarball with .tgz suffix
- a tarball containing multiple pots
- my zwiki-manual.pot
- any of my po files

I don't know if some of this is due to the pending bug you mentioned. 
Let me now if there's anything I can do to facilitate.
