Arabic language plural form

Hi,
The plural form for Arabic language is:
Plural-Forms: nplurals=3; plural=n==1 ? 0 : n==2 ? 1 : 2;
In arabic we use one is singular, two is a special case and all other
numbers are plural (including zero). This is the same as
Celtic-Gaeilge in the gnu manual examples. It'll be graet if somebody
has the time to verify the form against this description.
