recent changes in Rosetta

Today sees the arrival of a couple of things we've been working on recently:

 - MO file exports are now back. You will get a choice of which format to use
   when you make the export. We're planning to introduce support for more
   formats in the future.

 - We've extended the amount of validation we perform on translations. As well
   as checking when you submit translations through the web, we also check PO
   files which are uploaded for import. You will be notified of any problems
   found by email.

We have a fix for the problems people have been seeing with extra space
characters in their translations, but it is not yet live. Hopefully, we'll be
able to get it to you in the next day or two.
