Hi Stevan. The first thing would be to find, or start, a team of Serbian
translators. You should make sure you have a few people with actual
software translating experience, there is almost certainly already some
group doing serbian translations out there so find them and introduce
yourself.

Then ask Carlos to register that team so that it shows up on this page:

  https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/rosetta/groups/ubuntu-translators/

At that point you will be able to translate anything in Ubuntu directly
through Rosetta. Use this page as the list of things to be translated:
