please import wxWidgets into Rosetta (and how do I remove myself as maintainer?)

We can arrange a switchover behind the scnes by asking our DBA nicely.
We're working on a web based process for this sort of thing (handovers
happen a lot in the open source world) but it's some time away.

This isn't going to get done soon, perhaps not even this year, as we
have a long list of features to get merging between the distro and
upstreams very sweet first and improve the general flow and teamwork and
collaboration of Rosetta.

Once that's all in place we will work on making it possible to use
rosetta for private projects.
