Translation of the help system of Synaptic

Hi Josef,

First you should register with Rosseta @ 
https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/rosetta
Afterwards you can find synaptic and start translating it. After you 
finish translating it you can export the file to a .po file on your 
computer and e-mail it to someone at http://www.nongnu.org/synaptic/. 
You can click on the link "People" for the maintainers e-mail addresses. 
This is what I did since Rosseta still isn't working as it should.
