We need an extra step that is merge all .po files into one single .po
file and then split it again to get the updated .xpi file. We had some
problems regenerating the .xpi files yesterday so we don't have the
procedure done yet.
I will work on it next week a bit more so feel free to share any testing
you do like the one in your email.
I will take a close look on your procedure next week as today I will be
in a plane to Spain.
